I attended my first cSpot cocktail hour this week, since it is put on by some of us here at TCCi (and Cari from Clark Creative), and I must say, I think I have found my new favorite bar, and a fun group of people! The cSpot is described as âThe âCâ is for Creative. âSpotâ refers to a central âspotâ (literally and figuratively) for us to meet and network (get your mind out of the gutter.) We are a slew of creative professionals who got tired of seeing each other only once or twice a year. Soâ¦we created a group. And we called it cSpot.â I met a few members of this group this week and I must say, Iâve been impressed with everyone Iâve met in this town so far. There is such a unique group of talent and everyone seems to love their job, a passion that seems to be missing in most of the other cities Iâve lived in.
The group met at WGâs Tavern this week, and if you havenât been there, you should check it out. Itâs a great bar tucked away at the corner of Lincoln and Abercorn offering a beautiful hardwood interior, computer trivia, pool, darts, and an outdoor patio.
